Kythera aims at facilitating the development of advanced mechatronic systems at a competitive cost.

We strongly believe that the physical development of robots is limited by the available actuation solutions on the market. Robots and automated equipments are complex machine whose ability strongly rely on their motion properties. Motion control is a highly complex field which drags out the development of a new systems. Nevertheless creating motion in a system should be much simpler, faster and accessible. We specialized in that.

Advanced Servomotors

Kythera offers highly integrated, high performance servo-motors specifically designed to ease-up the mechatronical design of your machines and robots.
The electrical wiring, mechanical assembly and software configuration processes are simplified to the point that our actuators are plug-and-play solutions which you can deploy in less than ten minutes on a new or pre-existing equipment.

Motion Control Expertise

We specialized in system regulation and control architecture to create performing robots especially in dynamics application.
As such, we are able to develop tailor-made algorithms and electronics for advanced motion control : variable impedance, all-in-on drivers, etc...

Machine Integration

Kythera developped a specific philosophy of robots and automation design based on lean actuation concepts. It enables competitive performance-to-cost ratio in our machines.
By integrating all-in-one systems for movment creation as well as using the-right-size actuators we develop "usage-optimized" equipments. We particularly specialized in automation of pre-existing manual axis (manual cranks, handles, positioning axis, conveyor width adjustment, etc...)
